At PiadAmore LLC, we’re on a mission to bring the heart and soul of Romagna, Italy to the streets of New York City. Founded by lifelong friends and Romagna natives, Justin and Nicholas, our journey began in a small town near Bologna — where piadina was more than food; it was a way of life.
We’ve taken that love, that nostalgia, and that authenticity, and wrapped it into every single handcrafted piadina we serve from our custom-built food truck. Our passion isn’t just for great Italian food—it’s about sharing a cultural experience, one folded flatbread at a time.
